The company was first established in 1950 in the machine tool manufacturing sector and for many years now it has been supplying companies that work in the following specific production sectors: automatic machinery, wood, glass and marble working machinery, industrial automation, textile machinery, machine tools, construction and road laying machinery, hoisting machinery, as well as the railway and shipbuilding sectors.

The firm has now also become a leading company in the field of mechanical milling and boring controlled by CNC and mechanical boring, milling, planing and grinding (on traditional machinery) for medium and large sized parts.

The quality of Meccanica Ventura products is guaranteed by a series of production procedures introduced in 1993. At present, the quality is certified according to ISO 9001:2000
